Salary: $60,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• Substantial hands-on experience building AI tools, custom agents, reusable skills, and automated workflows, demonstrated through working examples.
• Practical fluency with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or comparable platforms, including examples of agents, reusable skills, and automations you have built, tested, and improved.
• Experience with AI coding tools, multi-agent orchestration, hooks, context engineering, APIs, webhooks, and MCP.
• Sound judgment when evaluating existing systems before adding new ones.
• Ability to take business direction, work independently, and follow through.
• Collaborative approach, positive attitude, and genuine curiosity about learning new technology as AI evolves.
• Experience may come from employment, running a business, school, or substantial independent projects; depth of experience and proven results matter more to us than a particular degree or job title.
• As part of your application, tell us about your AI stack and two relevant projects, including the problem, tools, your contribution, testing, and improvements. A paid practical exercise may also be part of our hiring process.

• Complete and improve existing systems, turning promising tools and prototypes into dependable workflows.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive tasks, remove bottlenecks, and increase capacity.
• Build specialized agents and reusable skills, coordinate their work, and provide the context and tools needed to produce useful results.
• Improve how information moves between orders, artwork, materials, production, shipping, and office systems.
• Test, debug, document, maintain, and improve your solutions, and help our team use them.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and apply them where they can make a measurable difference.
