Job Description
Randstad is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Office Clerk for a 1-to-2-month temporary assignment. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to keep the client's manufacturing and daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and capable of handling repetitive task workflows with high accuracy. Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in an office support, administrative assistant, or manufacturing office role preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable operating standard office equipment (scanners, printers, intercom systems)
- High accuracy when processing paperwork, applying signatures/stamps, and filing record
- Clear, professional verbal communication skills for greeting visitors and drivers at the entrance gate

Responsibilities
- Prepare daily driver dispatch packets, including stamping, signing, and stapling required transport documents
- Answer the entrance gate intercom/buzzer, grant site access to visitors and delivery drivers, and direct traffic as needed
- High-volume scanning of physical documents, job tickets, and administrative records into digital files
- Create, update, and maintain internal job trackers in Excel or operating systems to monitor project progress
- Methodically organize and file completed job orders and production paperwork in physical filing systems
- Assist the office and plant management teams with basic administrative tasks as assigned
