Salary: $146,078.4 - 146,078.4 per year Requirements:

• 5–7 years of front-end development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, including Redux, React Router, and Hooks.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and JSON.
• In-depth knowledge of WCAG guidelines and AA/AAA standards.
• Experience using automated and manual accessibility testing tools.
• Strong understanding of semantic HTML, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and screen readers.
• Experience developing enterprise or government web applications with strict accessibility requirements.
• Experience with Visual Studio and API-based architectures.
• Agile delivery experience using Jira for work management.
• Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket for source control.
• Ability to work independently on front-end development and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management practices.
• Preferred: Background with enterprise design systems and component libraries.

• Develop, test, and deploy responsive, high-performance React applications.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to implement inclusive design and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads on design and front-end development.
• Refine user stories, define requirements, and estimate work.
• Translate designs into semantic HTML and CSS for integration with back-end services.
• Write unit tests and deliver stories that meet acceptance and compliance criteria.
• Resolve technical challenges and support teammates in delivering work.
• Contribute to integration, regression, and performance test suites, and triage issues.
• Document deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
• Participate in CI/CD activities, including branching, pull requests, merges, and release notes.
