RN (Registered Nurse) Pediatric Surgery Center- Part Time- Up to $74.20/ Hour Interim Healthcare is looking to add to our dynamic team of Healthcare professionals! Grow professionally and personally as you work in the top medical facilities in the Twin Cities Metro area. There are immediate per diem/ part time needs in multiple surgery centers in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area. Schedule: The shifts are Monday through Friday 8 hour shifts and can vary from a 6:30 am start to a 7pm end time. Pay: $63.60 to $74.20/ Hour depending on experience Essential Job Duties:

• Assisting with pre-operative preparation, including patient assessments, medication administration, and patient/family education
• Monitoring patients throughout the surgical process, including vital signs, sedation, and pain management
• Providing post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, recovery monitoring, and discharge preparation
• Communicating with patients and families to provide education and support throughout the surgical experience
• Collaborating with members of the clinical team to ensure safe and coordinated patient care
• Completing timely and accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to support excellent patient care

Requirements:

• ADN degree
• Current RN license with the State of MN
• Current ACLS
• Experience working in pre-op, post-op/ PACU
