```Responsibilities:```- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally- Assist with reservations and room assignments- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of information- Process payments and maintain cash drawer accuracy- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction- Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Requirements:```- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
