This position works with popular Nashville attractions such as events & concerts at Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Sounds Baseball games, as well as several hotels and restaurants to connect with the public a representative for Travel + Leisure Co. This sales-based role engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.
Responsibilities
· Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals
· Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
· Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
· Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings
· Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends
· Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent is required
· Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
· Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
· 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
· Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement
