Remote Customer Retention Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

This is a full-time Remote Customer Retention Specialist career opportunity with Luke Lehman State Farm in Woodbury, MN for someone who wants to grow a lasting career in customer service and insurance. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to advance within a supportive office. This role can be based in our Woodbury, MN office or fully remote — remote team members can live anywhere in the U.S. as long as they keep Minnesota (Central Time) business hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries with accurate, timely information about insurance policies
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system

Qualifications

• An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence
• Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
• Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is a must
• Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
• Must be able to keep Minnesota (Central Time) business hours
• Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
• A positive teammate who takes coaching well

Pay range: $40,000-$60,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
